Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns and issue refunds or reprints only for defective or damaged products. Please check your item promptly upon delivery and let us know if something is wrong so we can make it right.

To request a return or refund, please contact us at jenna@artsyvalley.com within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Address errors submitted at checkout

  • Custom order errors submitted at checkout

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. If your item is damaged or the print is incorrect, we will issue a replacement or refund based on the issue. Return shipping is not required in most cases. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
